I'm not assembling a portfolio or flipping companies. I'm looking for a single company to operate myself, not the next in a series.
Location. I'm based in Brooklyn and here to stay.
Type. Established B2B services, home services, and compliance-driven businesses.
Stage. Profitable, owner-operated companies whose founders are contemplating their next chapter.
Approach. A fair price and an honest, straightforward process, with financing already in place.
WHO I AM
Twenty years leading operations at growing companies.
I've spent my career as the operational backbone behind the scenes. Most recently I was Chief Operating Officer at Passthrough, a venture-backed software company, where I was responsible for the teams that kept the business moving. Before that I launched new business channels at DIG INN, and led operations and finance at Wachsman.
I hold an MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business. What I want now is different from advising or scaling someone else's company. I want one of my own to shepherd for the long haul.
